Accessibility statement

This statement applies to The Sponsor Companion portal. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:

• zoom in up to 400% without text spilling off the screen
• use the portal on a screen 320 pixels wide
• navigate most of the portal using just a keyboard
• use the portal with a screen reader

How accessible the portal is

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. Automated checks on every page found no failures. We have not yet completed full manual testing with screen readers and keyboard-only use, so some parts may still be hard to use.

Known limitations

• Large tables (for example the expiry report) may need sideways scrolling on small screens.
• Documents you upload, such as scanned PDFs, may not be accessible.

Reporting problems

If you find a problem or need information in a different format, report it here. Reports go straight to the team that runs this portal — only signed-in users can send one, and your email address is never shown publicly. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
